The jetton is probably 17th century in date. The metal has a mid greenish-brown patina and is worn. The jetton is 21.8mm in diameter and weighs 2.4g.

Reverse description: Short cross recercellee within a granulated inner circle, border of pellets in place of legend (as per Barnard 1917/1981, plate 1 no. 1, page 97) Diameter: 20.8mm, Weight: 0.94gms.
