A copper alloy Roman coin: a nummus of the House of Constantine, Fel Temp Reparatio fallen horseman type, so probably Constantius II. It is 12.3mm in diameter and 1.66mm thick. It weighs 1.07gm. Though quite well struck, the small size of this coin suggests that it may be one of the contemporary copies struck between AD355 and AD361. The bust is also quite simplistic.
