Siliqua of Theodosius I, AD 379-395, slight clipping along one edge, VRBS ROMA, Roma seated facing holding Victory on globe and spear. Mint unclear. The reverse type of VRBS ROMA with a facing figure of Victory is not recorded. This type is normally with the inscription VIRTVS ROMANORVM. It might be that the coin is a contemporary copy mixing types.
