the blade end of an Early/Middle Bronze Age axehead. It has an expanded crescentic blade with recurved ends. The blade has a marked dent, possibly resulting from use damage. It has been tooled to give a rounded blade edge . It is incomplete, with a narrow rectangular cross-section visible at the broken terminal. The form and lack of moulding seams on the sides suggests that it is likely to be a fragment of a flanged or winged axe rather than a palstave. A worn and incomplete cast copper-alloy unidentified object of Unknown Date. The central conical boss has an incomplete attachment loop on the top and is hollow at the back. Around the boss are four arms, though only one survives intact. The surviving arm is flat, sub-rectangular and has an oval aperture. The rounded terminal of the arm has a spur at one side and a broken projection at the other, which may suggest that it is incomplete. The surviving length is 40.5mm, the surviving width is 22.0mm and the weight is 13.42g.

Incomplete copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (the Dolphin, flat wing ends type), Mackreth 2011, 4.a-4.b. Plate 46. Roman date (80-120 AD). This object consists of an incomplete cylindrical tube of cast copper-alloy, one edge of which is incomplete due to old breaks. It measures 29.70mm in width, 24.50mm in thickness and 12.07mm in surviving height. The opposing shorter edges are thinner than the opposing longer edges of the cylinder, this may be due to wear.

Post Medieval copper alloy and silver shoe buckle, 24mm long, 20mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a green patina and weighs 4.35 grams. The buckle is missing half of its loop and consists of a trapezoidal shaped loop which has three semi-circular protrusions on its outer edges. These are cut through by a linear incision running the length of the buckle. The tapering pin is intact and has a semi-circular section and is attached to the pin bar by being bent around it. The whole object is covered in traces of silver.

Post Medieval copper alloy button, 14mm in diameter and 4mm thick. The button weighs 2.72 grams and has a greyish/green patina. The button is rectangular in section and has an incised border around the edge of its upper surface. Inside this are four faint curved incisions. The reverse of the button has two small circular holes where a wire loop would have emerged.

The brooch has short semi-circular wings which have circular ends which contain a central circular hole. The top of the brooch has a semi-circular lug with a central circular hole which has a section of circular shaft stuck in it, this would have held the spring, which is now missing, in place. Cast copper alloy T-shaped brooch, Dorset type length 19mm, width 24mm, thickness 10mm, weight 3.79g. Cylindrical wings that hold the pin support bar, there is a slot in the centre of the wings at the back for the pin. The pin is still in place, but has been bent back on itself. A base of a truncated loop sits on the top of the head, the head is very angular and is bent down just below the loop, where it is truncated, this is an old break.
