The front design is in relief and is a crude "M" with 5 irregularly placed pellets round it. The reverse is uneven and has smeared marks on it but is undecorated. This token probably dates to the Tudor period and may be an agricultural tally. Similar examples can be seen in Fletcher ( 2005).

A worn lead token of probable medieval to post-medieval date. The suggested date of these tokens is based on the fact that many of the designs seem to be derived from the late medieval silver coinage.
The object is sub-circular and measures 21.8mm in diameter. Raised lines, which cross at the centre, separate the upper surface into eight wedge-shaped segments, each containing a single pellet. The reverse is flat and plain. The thickness is 1.9mm and the weight is 3.22g.
