An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle of medieval date. All that remains of the buckle is the integral forked spacer, a short portion of the single looped frame and the pin. The pin is looped around the strap bar and the buckle is undecorated. The metal has a dark greenish-brown colour and is worn. The buckle is 31.4mm long, 18.4mm wide, 2.7mm thick and weighs 3.9g. Similar examples are illustrated in Whitehead, p.37 and are dated to circa 1350 - 1450.

A fragment of a cast copper alloy vessel of medieval date. The fragment is part of the leg of a probable cooking vessel. The leg is roughly D-shaped in section with a slightly concave reverse, rounded edges and three raised ridges on the front. Both ends of the fragment are broken and worn. The leg is 35.3mm long, 22.7mm wide, 8.9mm thick and weighs 25.1g. The metal has a dark brownish-green patina and is worn. While it is not possible to allocate this fragment to a specific type a mid 13th to 16th century date is generally accepted for copper alloy cooking vessels.

An incomplete cast copper alloy strap end of medieval date. The strap end is sub-rectangular in plan with sides which taper to a rounded point. Two rivet holes are present oriented along the longitudinal axis of the strap end and can be seen projecting through on the reverse. The back plate of the strap end no longer remains and iron corrosion is present along with possible organic remains of the leather strap. The metal has a dark brownish-black patina and is worn. The strap end is 49.5mm long, 15.3mm wide, 4.9mm thick and weighs 7.5g.

A complete cast copper alloy harness pendant of medieval date. The pendant is in the form of an inverted fleur-de-lis with further detail represented on the front face through shallow incised lines. An ovate attachment loop projects from the "stem" of the fleur and the reverse is undecorated. The metal has a dark reddish-brown patina and is worn. The pendant is 51.5mm long, 34.9mm wide, 1.4mm thick and weighs 7.1g.

A complete cast copper alloy buckle of medieval date. The buckle is a single looped rectangle with expanded outer edges, a wide front edge and a narrowed and offset strap bar. The front edge is decorated with three incised lines, one of which will serve as the pin rest. The pin remains in tact and is looped around the strap bar. The metal has a mid greenish-brown patina and is worn. The buckle is 15.5mm long, 14.9mm wide, 3.9mm thick and weighs 2.3g. A similar example is illustrated in Whitehead, p.27, no.137 and is dated to circa 1350 - 1400.

A complete cast copper alloy thimble of medieval date. The thimble has a circular base from which the sides taper inwards and curve towards the top where they form the crown, creating a dome. The thimble is decorated with drilled pits in continuing spiralling rings from the crown to the base. The inside of the thimble is undecorated. The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. The thimble is 17.4mm in height, 22.1mm in diameter, 1.2mm thick and weighs 5.9g. A similar example can be seen in Egan, p.266, no.830.

A cast copper alloy vessel leg of late medieval date. The leg is circular in section and is steeply angled towards the foot which turns outwards at a sharp angle. The base of the foot is flat for stability. This leg is likely to be from a late medieval tripod ewer. The metal has a mid blackish-green patina and is worn. The leg is 49mm long, 17.4mm wide, 14.4mm thick and weighs 37.9g. Similar examples can be seen in Egan, p.165, fig.133 and have been recorded on the Portable Antiquities Scheme database, for example BH-F7E806 andHAMP-92F3B4.

A complete cast lead spindle whorl of medieval to post-medieval date. The spindle whorl is bi-conical with a central perforation running through it. Both sides of the spindle whorl are decorated an irregular seven pointed star design with a single raised pellet within each resulting outer cells. While the design is clear on one side the other side is very worn though appears to follow the same general pattern. The metal is a mid greyish-white colour and is worn.
