A fragment of a probable copper alloy jetton that is likely Medieval in date. The edges are severely worn and less than half of the object has survived but some of the design is visible on one side - possibly a double-stranded arcuate cross fleuretty with a pellet in each angle. The material has a dark green patina which has been scratched revealing brass beneath. The reverse is severely corroded and any design is now illegible. Length: 27.1mm; Width: 15.5mm; Thickness: 7.8mm; Weight: 7.55g

An incomplete copper alloy Medieval jetton dating from about 1350 - 1400. One side has a double-stranded cross arcuate fleuretty. The other side is very worn but the design can just be seen to be a Late variant of the King with Shield type. There is an elongated hole in the material and additional damage to one edge. The original border appears to have been removed or otherwise worn away so any inscriptions are no longer visible. Compare Mitchiner number 410. This jetton was issued from 1350 - 1400 and is French. Thickness: 1.2mm; Diameter: 24.2mm; Weight: 1.31g

A late medieval copper alloy pierced jetton of the Tournai type. The obverse features a cross pattee with flowers springing into the quarters from the inner circle, the reverse has a square containing four lis. The obverse bears the legend SIT NO[---] DO I I I [---],and the reverse N [---] I [---] O (presumably this legend was the same on both faces). This example is similar to another jetton described by Sanders as late 15th Century. The jetton is in fair codsition, with some wear to the legend on both faces.
