Each loop has an expanded outer edge that is faceted on the front face to produce a trapezoidal cross-section. A worn cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle frame of Medieval to Post-Medieval date. It has D-shaped loops that are trapezoidal in section and separated at their centre by an integrally cast rectangular bar. On each side of the frame where the loops and bar meet are triangular notches but there appears to be no other decoration. It measures 17.20mm in width, 20.26mm in length, 1.50mm in thickness and 1.26g in weight. This buckle frame is of later Medieval to Post-Medieval date, c.15th-17th centuries AD.

This has traces of iron corrosion suggestive of a now missing pin. The entire object measures 19.15mm in width, 24.75mm in length, 3.26mm in thickness and 2.72g in weight. The surviving loop is trapezoidal in form, D-shaped in section with an integral bar at the incomplete end that has projecting semi-circular knops at the outer edge of the frame. The frame has decorative moulding on its outside edge and a notch for a pin-rest, and there are paired knops at the corners with transverse groove decoration. A copper alloy Medieval to Post-medieval cast copper alloy buckle frame. It is a double looped or spectacle frame, with oval shaped loops. The frame is flat-backed and the sides are faceted. No signs of tool marks are visible, there are pacthes of corrosion, possibly from an iron pin, at the centre of the bar and on one outside edge. The buckle frame measures 22mm in length, 18mm in width, 3.05mm in thickness and weighs 3.04g. Buckles of this type date from Late Medeval to Post- Medieval times.

A sheet copper alloy Medieval buckle plate or possible strap end. It is rectangular and composed of two pieces of metal which are linked by four small rivets, one near each corner. A fragment of leather or fabric can be seen trapped between the two. There is a circular perforation in the centre, with a diameter of 4.3mm. The object measures 24.79mm in length, 17.19mm in width, 3.6mm in thickness, and weighs 3.71g.

It is a rectangular plate made from folded sheet metal, and has broken off across the fold where there is also a rectangular pin slot. At the opposite terminal there is a single perforation for a rivet, centrally placed and close to the edge. The plate measures 25.98mm in length, 10.81mm in width and weighs 0.96g.
