A complete cast copper alloy heraldic mount or plaque of medieval date. The mount is shield shaped and is decorated on one side with an armorial design consisting of four raised, upward pointing chevrons. Slightly discernable is the red tincture of the enamel of the chevrons and there is also some patchy traces of gilding still survivng. This could possibly display the heraldry of the De Clare family (Earls of Gloucester and Hereford) with the following blazon: Or, three chevronels gules. A complete cast copper alloy flanged axehead of early Bronze Age date. The axehead is sub-rectangular with a narrow and thin rounded butt and widely curved cutting edge. From the butt the body extends, expanding slightly in width towards a splayed blade and cutting edge. There are slightly raised flanges along the sides both of which show signs of wear and the surface of the axehead around the cutting edge is quite corroded and pitted. A complete cast copper alloy zoomorphic knife end cap of post-medieval date. The cap is oval in section and is in the form of a stylized animal head, probably representing a dog or similar. The head has an elongated snout with a flattened end which curves upwards slightly. The mouth is indicated by a single incised groove running around the snout and the eyes are formed by single punched dots. An incomplete cast copper alloy mount of post-medieval date. The mount is circular in plan with a convex front face decorated with evenly spaced concentric rings expanding from a central knop. The knop appears to be damaged and incomplete and the outer edges are broken and worn. The reverse is concave and undecorated with a centrally positioned, square sectioned attachment shank projecting out to terminate in a worn break. An incomplete cast pewter probable candle holder of medieval to post-medieval date. The holder is circular in plan with a raised central circular socket which tapers from the base. Three circumferential grooves are present midway along the base. The edges of the socket and base are extremely worn and broken. The underside of the holder is concave and undecorated. The holder is 18.3mm tall, 53.3mm in diameter at the base, 19.8mm in diameter at the socket and weighs 34.9g. Similar examples have been recorded on the Portable Antiquities Scheme database as NLM-1806E1 and HESH-C7CBC6.

The winder is formed from a single cast piece of metal with a large, square sectioned circular handle and square sectioned stem which terminates in a worn break. The metal has a light reddish-brown patina and survives in good condition. The winder is 36.4mm long, 23.1mm in diameter, 2.8mm wide, 2.5mm thick and weighs 4.2g.

A fragment of a handmade ceramic vessel of probable Iron Age to date. The fragment is a body sherd with an abraded soapy fabric of a dark brownish-black colour with an orangey-red outer surface. The exterior is oxidised with an un-oxidised core. Numerous large gritty inclusions are present though it is not possible to determine their exact nature. The fragment is 31.1mm long, 28.1mm wide, 10.3mm thick and weighs 9.8g.
