An incomplete cast copper alloy Early-medieval (Anglo-Scandinavian) strap fitting (strap distributor, harness link) dating from the 11th Century AD. The fitting has a central boss with knops extending to the top and bottom and projecting from the upper face; the fitting is broken to the right side of this central boss, missing the arm extending to the right. The left link arm is complete and terminates with a large openwork boss with side knops. This terminal would have held a strap or other connector.

Fragment of what is probably the foot from a Roman bow and fantail brooch. The fragment is flat, roughly oval in plan and with no original edges surviving. The surface is decorated with one large circular rim of reserve metal and one smaller below it. The fields between the circles contain blue-green coloured enamel. An incomplete linear fitting is visible on the reverse which is possibly the remains of a catchplate.

A broken pointed end of a finely worked bifacial tool of translucent brown flint with light and mid grey inclusions. It has been totally invasively worked. The plan is a pointed symmetrical leaf shape, very much like a leaf arrow head but for a somewhat thicker section. Close to the slightly oblique break the sharp margin has been slightly blunted which suggests that the tool was a kind of knife. The implement is 30.9mm in length, 33.35mm wide, 8.3mm thick and weighs 8.4 grams

A corroded cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle frame of early post-medieval date, incomplete in as much as it is missing its pin. The frame is formed of two conjoined ovals such that the sides incurve. The frame is bevelled shallowly externally on the upper surface, bevelling echoed internally on the lower. A cast copper alloy terminal of uncertain date and function. It is sub-triangular in plan and trapezoidal in section. The large knop has a rounded point at the end, and the base of the triangular shape is attached to a round projection. The projection expands into a round collared rivet, where it breaks. It is red in colour with light green patches of corrosion. It is in good condition, with one old break. It It measures 15.25 mm L x 18.01 mm H x 9.93 mm TH and weighs 10.41 g. An incomplete cast copper-alloy key of medieval date. Only the shank and bit of the key remain; part of the shank and the bow are missing. The bit is elaborate and apparently complete. The shank is oval shaped and hollow at the bit end. The shank has a double collared rib before the break. The key is likely to date from between around 1200 and 1400 AD. It has a dark green/grey patina.
