A complete Medieval-Post Medieval cast copper alloy Cauldron foot, circa AD1250 - AD1700. The foot is of the three toe'd variety. The outer two splay slightly, while the centre toe stands out prominently. There are traces of a hardened pitch-like substance on its surface, the rest of the surface has a green patina. It measures 51mm long, 28.9mm wide, has a thickness of 25.4mm and weighs 135.2g. It is in a worn condition.

An incomplete Medieval-Post Medieval cast copper alloy Cauldron leg, circa AD1250 - AD1700. An attempt has been made in antiquity to rejoin the leg to the Cauldron, by applying a coat of molten metal to the two broken ends. This proved unsuccessful and the lower part of the old leg, which has traces of a hardened black substance protrudes from the top of yet another break. The old leg also shows through at the instep, and the underside of the foot, by virtue of its blackened surface. One corner of the foot has broken off in antiquity. An incomplete Medieval-Post Medieval cast copper alloy Cauldron leg, circa AD1250 - AD1700. The broken leg is "D" shaped in section, and from its foot a single prominent toe splays out slightly towards the right. There is a breakage point suggesting the loss of a second toe in antiquity. The piece shows fire damage up one side of the leg in the form of a bubbled surface and is approximately 50% covered in a hardened black pitch-like substance. Its measurements are: length 37.4mm, width 25.2mm, thickness 17.3mm and weight 91.3g. It has a worn condition.

An incomplete Roman cast lead steelyard weight. A biconical weight, each half almost bell-shaped, with a convex curve at the outer, narrower end and a concave curve towards a central cirumferential ridge. There are remains of a broken iron suspension loop at both ends, rather more at one than the other. The weight measures 33.8mm in height, has a diameter of 32.8,and weighs 93.5 g. The weight is in fair condition.

It has an intact iron suspension loop at its top, and measures 36.7mm in height (including loop), has a diameter of 28.8mm, and weighs 114.5g. The weight is in fair condition. There are several similar weights on the PAS database, including SF-B07B17, SF-EA46A8 and SUR-8D1681. They are of uncertain date, Roman or later.

A complete Post-Medieval cast lead discoidal weight, circa AD1500 - AD1800. A thin, circular, flat weight with decoration of three raised concentric rings on one surface, the other side being blank. There are small areas of white corrosion on the decorated surface. The weight measures 32.7mm in diameter, it has a thickness of 4.1mm, and weighs 32.2g (c.1.14oz). It is in fair condition although one edge of the disc has been flattened, presumably through later damage. Similar examples to be found on the database are :- NMS-359184, PUBLIC-FD4EC4 and PUBLIC-FF01F6.

A complete medieval or post-medieval cast lead weight. It is small and sub-conical, with tapering sides and a domed convex top. In the centre of the top is an iron suspension loop, now bent flat against the upper surface.The weight measures 11.1mm in height, has a base diameter of 15.8mm, and it weighs 14.1g. It is creamy white in colour, and is in fair condition. There are several similar but much larger weights on the PAS database. SF-B07B17, SF-EA46A8, SUR-8D1681 and CORN-768F78. They have been dated to various periods from Roman to post-medieval.

An incomplete late medieval or early post-medieval copper alloy book clasp. It is flat, rectangular and relatively short, with a flared serrated terminal at one end and an integral hook at the other. The flared end has three V-shaped cut-outs with a hint of a longitudinal groove at the centre.
