Obverse: HAVERHILL MANUFACTORY, A man weaving in a loom.
Reverse: PRO BONO PUBLICO 1794, A cypher IF within an oval, a wolf head crest above.
The edge of the coin has a legend reading PAYABLE AT IOHN FINCHAMS SUFFOLK
