A cast copper-alloy medieval buckle frame. The frame has a sub-triangular outer edge with shouldered projection in the centre. There are three shallow grooves for the pin. The strap bar is circular in section and slightly offset from the frame. The front is very slightly rounded whilst the reverse is flat. It measures 20.27 mm long, 28.52 mm wide, 2.98 mm thick and weighs 3.8 grams. It has an abraded green patina.

An incomplete mount of Iron Age date. The mount is circular in plan with a concave reverse and convex front. The front face is decorated with a series of radiating incised lines grouped in threes around the circumference of the mount. The reverse bears the worn remains of a square sectioned attachment shank. While the exact function of this object is uncertain domed circular mounts are a feature of late Iron Age metalwork and appear on a wide range of artefact types such as sword hilts and terret rings. Roman to post Medieval copper alloy bowl rim fragment. The inner face has a horizontal band of stylised cable (a series of short diagonal lines) decoration between the rim and a small step. Decoration on the external face consists of two vertical lines below the 'step'. Probably dates to between c43 and c1700 AD. No parallel has been found to provide a firmer date range. The length is 45mm and the width 20mm.

A complete cast copper alloy buckle of medieval date. The buckle is a single looped D-shape and is undecorated and has been bent out of shape. The metal has a mid greenish-brown patina and is worn. The buckle is 20.8mm long, 11.8mm wide, 2mm thick and weighs 1.7g. Similar examples are illustrated in Whitehead, p.18 and are dated to circa 1250 - 1500.

An incomplete cast copper mount of post-medieval date. The mount is in the form of an acorn with a narrow, pointed oval section. The front face is decorated with a raised horizontal line dividing the fruit from the cupola and there is a small knop at the fruit end. From the reverse two integrally cast attachment spike project though one is incomplete. The complete spike is bent over towards the centre of the mount. The metal has a mid reddish-brown patina and is worn. The mount is 20.3mm long, 9.6mm wide, 7.5mm thick and weighs 1.9g. Numerous similar examples have been recorded …
