A Medieval cast copper-alloy book clasp of Howsam type A.9.2 (c. 1300-c. 1400 AD). The object consists of a rectangular 'box chape' or hollow plate, integral with a quatrefoil element from which extends a moulded zoomorphic terminal. The attachment end (box chape) is hollow and rectangular in plan and the edges are at right angles to the faces. An incomplete tinned copper-alloy T shaped brooch of Roman date. In plan, the brooch is almost T-shaped, and D-shaped in cross section. The bow head is hump-like, and angular (comma shaped) in profile, with cylindrical wings projecting from either side, one is incomplete. There is an incomplete tab or loop at the head. The spring and pin are missing. The bow tapers towards the old break about halfway down the length of the bow and the bow is decorated with a concave and convex incision forming a broad X. A cast copper-alloy Medieval composite strap-end (c. 14th century AD). It is formed of a sheet spacer plate between a pair of sheets; the spacer plate is slightly shorter than the sheets. The strap-end is sub-rectangular, narrowing very slightly to an angled end with triangular terminal protrusion. It is held together by a pair of rivets, one central at the attachment end, the other central just above the terminal. The object can be dated to the later 14th century by comparison with a parallel illustrated in Egan and Pritchard 1991 (142; ref. 660).

A cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle frame of medieval to early post-medieval date, incomplete in as much as it is missing its pin. The frame is formed of two conjoined ovals such that the sides incurve, the width of the two loops vary, the first has a width of 33.65mm in comparison to 32.05mm, the smaller loop has a recess to act as a pin rest. A cast copper-alloy medieval strap-slide with a pair of short pointed internal projections. It is sub-trapezoidal in shape with slightly rounded corners. The artefact is flat on both faces. The projections lie closer to the inner edge. A similar example can be found illustrated in Egan and Pritchard (1991, 234; ref. 1263) assigned to a late 14th-century context. This object has corroded to a dark-grey colour with small patches of off-white corrosion product.

Cast copper alloy strap fitting (belt mount) of post-medieval date. The strap fitting is irregular in plan. The overall decorative design consists of a central boss from which two ornamental knops extend; one from either end. There is some evidence of gilding on the upper face. The reverse face of the fitting is irregular but broadly flat and undecorated. Two cast sub-rectangular projections (hooks) extend from either end of the fitting, one is incomplete.

A complete medieval cast copper alloy elaborate quatrefoil harness pendant with openwork decoration. The suspension loop is at 90 degrees to the face, the pendant is an elaborate quatrefoil in plan with four small projections and is bent upwards slightly.
