An extremely worn copper alloy Roman coin, probably a Sestercius of Hadrian (117-138 AD). Only a faint outline of a laureate bust on the obverse remains; it is possible to see traces of a female standing figure on the reverse. Nothing of either legend remains. A struck copper alloy Roman sesterius, probably of Hadrian, of uncertain mint.. Both sides are worn and the legends are illegible. Reverse has a figure standing left. There is an old, straight break along the left side of the obverse, possibly from being clipped. It measures 23.75 mm DIA and weighs 17.6 g.
