A post-medieval rose/ orb jetton struck at Nuremburg by Hans Laufer (1607-32), NIMANT KANT EWKERNDIN reverse (see Mitchiner p.476 where he cites Snelling 1769, pl.4 no.27). The jetton is very worn and thin with a central perforation from the centre of the orb.

A Post Medieval copper alloy Nuremberg jetton of Hans Lauffer I (AD 1607 - 1632). Rose / Orb type with NIMANT KANT EWKERNDIN legend. See Mitchiner (1988) p.476 where he cites Snelling 1769, pl.4 no.27 but the reverse legend of HANS LAVFER IN NVRBEER on this jetton is different to the variety in Snelling. The jetton dates from AD 1607 - 1632 and was minted in Nuremberg. The jetton is 211mm in diameter, 0.8mm thick and weighs 1.31g.
