A worn, copper alloy zoomorphic figurine in the form of a standing, probably razor-backed, boar of Late Iron Age or Early Roman date (50BC-100AD).
The body of the animal is solid with a sub-triangular cross-section. Running down the top of the curving back from the tail is a worn central ridge which terminates between the ears. Flanking the end of the crest are simple ears that project upwards; both are incomplete, surviving as worn stumps. An incomplete copper-alloy cosmetic mortar of Roman date, c.AD 100 - 300. Jackson’s end-looped mortar with plain terminal type.
The mortar is an elliptical bow with a central grooved channel and low convex walls, a broad rounded keel and a U-shaped cross section. A partial integral suspension loop is present with worn breaks.
The metal has a dark green patina and is very worn and pitted. The mortar is 43.7mm long, 9.5mm wide, 9.6mm thick and weighs 12.1g.

A rim sherd from a large post medieval whiteware (Surrey / Hampshire borderware) flanged bowl or dish. The rim is everted, with a square profile and ornamental notching around the outside edge at the top and bottom. The original rim diameter was around 400mm. A greenish lead or copper glaze appears to have been applied but hasn't vitrified, suggesting that the vessel was misfired and probably a kiln waster.

A complete Iron Age copper alloy brooch of the La Tene I type dating to the 4th - 3rd century B.C. ' Wessex' Type, Hull's Type 1A. The brooch has a strongly arched faceted bow with a diamond-shaped cross section.. The top of the arch extends to form the tightly coiled spring with an axis bar and arched mock-spring. Copper alloy buckle fragment. Part of the upper or lower edge of a sub-rectangular buckle with a separate steel spindle [lost], including a frame moulded with curvilinear ribs which retains one spindle housing. The curvature suggests a function as a shoe buckle. The magnified view achievef during image processing might suggeast tin in the metal mix, a black coating, and possibly gilding. An incomplete copper-alloy disc brooch of Roman date, c.AD 80 - 250. Mackreth 2011, British Plate Brooch, uncertain sub-type.
The brooch is circular with worn edges. The upper surface has a white-metal coating displaying file marks and is otherwise undecorated.
The remains of a hinge mechanism and catchplate are present at opposing points of the reverse which is otherwise flat. The pin no longer remains.
The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. The brooch is 23.4mm in diameter, 6mm thick (with hinge), 1.4mm thick at the plate and weighs 3.8g.

A post medieval glazed coarse redware strap handle from a post medieval jug, chamber pot or other vessel. The fabric is oxidised red throughout, with abundant fine sandy inclusions and has patches of a dark red brown manganese glaze on the surface. The handle curves and tapers to a break and has a fluted exterior, with two ridges and three grooves.

An incomplete copper-alloy finger ring of Roman date, c.AD 43 - 300. Guiraud type 2a. Henig type III.
The bezel of the finger ring is ovate with a recessed upper surface which is now empty. To either side of the bezel the ovate sectioned shoulders narrow into a circular sectioned hoop. Both arms terminate in worn breaks.
The metal has a dark grey/green patina and is worn. The finger ring is 21.6mm long, 10.9mm wide, 2.7mm thick and weighs 3.9g.
