An incomplete copper alloy barred mount, dating to the medieval period, about AD 1300 - 1400. It is a sub-rectangular sheet, which is angled at one end and has a concave notch in each side. Mounted at the square end is a transverse rectangular mount which is U shaped in cross-section. It is attached by a copper alloy rivet with a flat rove on the reverse. The remains of another rivet and rove survive at the rounded end. The object has a green patina and is undecorated on both faces. A copper alloy ring thimble dating from the Post Medieval period, about AD 1550 - 1600. It is an open thimble with a pair of ridges forming a border top and bottom. There is no visible seam. The pits are circular and neatly executed in a spiral that runs up to the right in 7 rows. There is possibly a maker's mark at the start of the spiral but it is too worn to be certain it is not a larger pit. The thimble has a smooth green patina. It is a straight piece of bone, sub-rectangular in plan and oval in cross-section. One end is a worn break. The other end tapers to a blunt central point. A fragment from a leg of a copper alloy cooking vessel, probably of Medieval or early Post-Medieval date, about AD 1100 - 1700. Only a triangular fragment of the leg survives.  It is triangular in cross-section and was probably from a small vessel. The top is a patinated break. The leg does not closely match any of the examples in figure 4 of Butler, Green and Payne (2009) Finds Research Group Datasheet 41. There are traces of sooting on the surfaces. It is 15.7mm long, 18.8mm wide and 6.7mm thick. 5.2g.

An incomplete copper alloy Medieval strap end, dating from about AD 1200 - 1500. Only one sheet of the strap end survives. It would have had a sheet spacer and a second plate as well, or perhaps just a second plate. It is rectangular in plan, with rounded shoulders at the closed end, flanking a cast knob perhaps in the form of an acorn. The knop is thicker than the plate. There is no evidence of rivets. The attachment end is incomplete. The strap end is 28.5mm long, 11.5mm wide and 1.9mm thick. 1.2g. Compare various types in Egan and Pritchard (1991).

A complete post-medieval copper alloy strap mount dating from AD 1500 - 1700. It is sub-triangular, moulded into a possible lotus design with a flat back and convex front. There are two integral pointed mounting spikes on the reverse, both bent over to grip the leather. It is 16.8mm long, 14.7mm wide and 5.7mm thick. 1.8g. Compare fig 5 in Maslin (2021) Finds Research Group datasheet 55 where a similarly shaped mount is described as a lotus used as a heraldic motif.

An incomplete, cast, copper-alloy buckle (or brooch) pin of medieval date, about AD 1250-1400. The pin has an incompletel loop at one end, and has become detached from a buckle or possibly a brooch. The pin is rectangular in form and cross-section. It narrows slightly throughout its length from the loop towards the tip. The upper part of the surviving leg is sub-triangular in section with a rounded ridge running down the front.
