Incomplete cast lead or lead alloy pilgrims ampulla dating from the medieval period; late 13th - late 15th century (1250-1450). The pilgrims’ ampulla is broadly sub-rectangular in plan and profile. The lower part has a rounded convex base that tapers slightly to form a waste at the mid point. This then flares outwards towards the upper edge which has been damaged. Where the ampulla sides flare there are two broken stumps (one on either side) where small integral cast loops would have fitted. A copper alloy harness mount dating to the thirteenth or fourteenth century AD. The mount comprises a quatrefoil terminal with a stamped rectangular motif on each quarter. From this terminal there extends a split rectangular section projection which expands to form a semi-circular plate. This plate possesses a circular section perforation which is pierced by a rivet. Traces of gilding are visible on both the upper surface of the body and attachment extension. The underside is plain. The mount measures 29mm in length and 14mm in width.

An incomplete copper-alloy buckle frame of medieval date, now distorted only the bar and one side survives. The bar is offset and narrowed and the side curving, indicating that the buckle frame was oval in shape originally. It measures 52.84mm by 35.92mm in size.

Cast lead alloy spindle whorl of Roman to Post Medieval date (1 – 1650 AD). The spindle whorl is sub-circular in plan, its diameter measures 21.5mm and is 8.2mm thick. There is a circular cast hole through the whorl and this is set off centre. The diameter of the hole measures 7.8mm. The whorl weighs 24.3 grams. The edge of one face of the spindle whorl may have been decorated with crude cut marks. These are much abraded and detail has been lost. Cast lead or lead alloy bi-convex spindle whorl of Roman to later Medieval date (1 – 1500 AD). The spindle whorl sub-circular in plan, it measures 29.8mm diameter, and is 10.4mm thick. There is a circular cast hole through the whorl and this is set slightly off centre. The diameter of the hole measures 10.3mm. The whorl weighs 33.78 grams. Both sides of the spindle whorl have been decorated with a series of cast high-relief lines which radiate from the central hole. A copper-alloy medieval hook, measuring 36.26mm in length and 15.53mm in width, across the hook. The hook curves backwards abruptly from one end of a rectangular shaft with a D-shaped cross-section. There is a transverse moulding between the hook and the shaft. Projecting from the back face of the shaft there are two integral cylindrical rivets, which would have allowed this hook to have been attached to a strap or belt to hang things from. The hook has tiny traces of gilding on it.

A copper-alloy harness pendant in the form of a bell suspended from a harness suspension mount, most likely to be medieval and circa 14th century in date. The suspension mount has an upper oval plate which has a rounded front face and an integral cylindrical rivet projecting from its back face. Below this is a rectangular shaft which is split and folded over at its end to form two loops which hold a copper-alloy seperate horizontal bar bewteen them.
