Description:  A small gold ingot/hack gold ingot, of possible Bronze Age to Early-medieval date. The ingot is roughly sub-rectangular in section and in plan with no clear original edges each being irregular and slightly ragged. The object is composed of a rectangular cross sectioned band which has been distorted, likely by post-depositional processes.
