A hoard of nine medieval gold coins (eight plus an addendum of one) of Edward IV dating to AD 1464-1470. The hoard had a face value of £1 10s 0d (30 shillings) in the 15th century, equivalent to around £1,000 today. The coins are all in excellent condition and are extremely similar to one another. They are consistently similar in age and date range. They are very likely to have been deposited together and represent a significant amount of value.
