A broken cast copper-alloy fragment of a single-looped post-medieval buckle. The pin bar survives complete and has a circular cross-section; the pin is missing. The sides of the frame are rounded at the terminal that overlaps the pin bar end. They taper towards the outer edge and are both broken at a similar point. The artefact is corroded and has off-white corrosion product over a red-brown metal. Examples of such construction can be found illustrated in Whitehead (1996, 29).

Fragment of an Anglo-Saxon florid cruciform brooch. Only the central portion of the brooch remains. At the top of the surviving fragment is the lower part of the bow. The bow is arched and has a flat rectangular panel containing part of a chip-carved motif. At the base of the bow is a large flat retangular panel. Cast copper alloy brooch of Colchester two-piece type. 1st century AD. The wings are 26.5mm wide and semi-circular in section, with a flat reverse. At the centre of the wings reverse is a double pierced lug, the uppermost missing the top part of the loop. Each wing has a vertical groove approximately 2mm from the terminal.
