A post-medieval copper-alloy Nuremberg jetton of anonymous issuer dated 1553 (on jetton). Rechen meister type, '1553' series inscribed with the alphabet and a date. Minted at Nuremberg. See Mitchiner (1988, 415; no. 1424).
This jetton has a diameter of 22mm, and a weight of 3.022g. It has been pierced probably through the obverse well inside the circumference at about 4 o'clock, corresponding to about 2 o'clock on the reverse.

Front part (bow and arms) of a Roman Colchester-derivative or Dolphin brooch. The dorsal surface of the bow has a longitudinal ridge terminating in a hook at the anterior end. The lateral faces of the bow are decorated with curved, beaded lines. Each arm is decorated with three raised, beaded ridges. The object is 20mm long, 30mm wide, 9mm thick, an weighs 5.9g.

A fragment of a Post Medieval strap fitting, perhaps from a sword belt mount, c. 1500-1700 AD. The fragment consists of a circular fitting end with a sub-rectangular hole and an attached circular suspension loop; the rest of the object, including the rivet-end is missing. It measures 19.48 mm long, 23.89 mm wide, 3.13 mm thick and weighs 2.5 grams. For a similar example see lower part of the example from East Devon in Read 2001, 'Metal Artifacts of Antiquity', p43 no. 372. Cf. also PAS records: NMS-f7b681 and HAMP-494402.

The front of a copper-alloy book clasp of the late medieval to post medieval period.The plate is roughly rectangular and is flared and bifurcated at the attachment end. The opposite end has broken in antiquity losing its hooked end. The back plate is also missing. The flared attachment end has transverse linear decoration with cross-hatching.
