The obverse is very close to Van Arsdell 228, but a good parallel for the reverse has not been found.

This is a common variant of the standard O type: see, for example HAMP-D07677, CCI-96155, CCI-941047, CCI-930961, CCI-930502 on this database.
The pale colour of the metal suggests this may be a contemporary copy in a silver-gold mix.
