An incomplete copper alloy, gilded, Cloisonné enamel Disc Brooch of the late Early-Medieval date (AD 975-1125). The object is composed of a raised, stepped, circumferential flange on the front of the plate within which is cloisonné (inlaid enamel or glass) decoration is set, within cells created by copper-alloy wire. The decoration is comprised of four curved tendrils extending from the flange, two to each opposite side, and meet at the centre of the brooch terminating in loops creating oval cells. An almost complete cast copper alloy Middle Bronze Age rapier. The butt is incomplete and damaged which makes the original shape difficult to determine. Two C-shaped incomplete rivet holes or notches lie in the upper part of the butt, which is where the handle would have been attached. The notches are spaced approximately 24.82 mm apart. A post-medieval (c.1590-1690) spherical iron cannon ball of uncertain post-medieval date. The object weighs 970g and measures 63.3mm in diameter. The surface is pitted (some deeper than others) and dark brown in colour, with patches of orange corrosion in many of the deeper pitted areas. There is no apparent damage to the surface. A post-medieval mould cast in copper alloy for the manufacture of bullets or shot. The object is square in plan with rounded corners. The lower surface, broadly flat although with a moulded bump at one corner, measures 39.6 by 35.05mm. The upper surface has a skirted flange on three sides and measures up to 42.65mm by 40.4mm.
