A complete copper alloy dress or possible hair pin probably of early medieval date (c. AD 800-1066). The pin has a long, circular sectioned shank with a point at one end and an expanded and flatted terminal at the head. At the terminal end the shank expands into a flattened V-shaped neck with a rolled terminal. The central section of the shank has a differennt patins to the rest of the pin and may be evidence of wear. A cast copper alloy dress or hair pin of Late Iron Age / Roman date. The pin has four ribbed collars at the head as decoration and a short, circular sectioned shank terminating in a sharp point. It seems likely that the shank had broken and been resharpened. Suggested date 100 BC - AD 409.

A complete cast copper alloy one-piece Nauheim derivative brooch dating to the Late Iron Age / early Roman period c. AD 43-80. The brooch has two sets of vertical punched squares down either edge of the bow, in the style of so-called 'Lowbury' brooches of the late first century BC / AD. This is a very nice example of its type.

An incomplete cast copper alloy one-piece Nauheim dreivative brooch dating to the Late Iron Age / early Roman period c. AD 50-80. The brooch is missing the sring coils and the pin, so only the thin bow and the foot with catchplate is retained. There is punched double linear decoration down wither edge of the bow, inthe style of so-called 'Lowbury' brooches of the late first century BC / AD.

An incomplete cast copper alloy one-piece Nauheim dreivative brooch dating to the Late Iron Age / early Roman period c. AD 50-80. The broch has a triangular shaped bow with three lines of punched crescent decoration arranged down either edge and centrally. The head of the bow of the brooch narrows into shoulders which in turn becomes the spring, having four coils, two of which are out of place and now located behind the back of the bow. The long pin is extant.

A cast copper alloy book fitting of Post Medieval date. The fitting consists of a flat sub-rectangular plate with a hinge fitting at one end and a pointed triangular shaped tip at the other. There are two rivets through the centre of the plate surrounded by two concentric rings and a pair or transverse lines between the plate and the hinge. Dated c. AD 1550-1700.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy strap end of medieval date (c. 14th century). The strap end is a composite piece with central spacer that is sandwiched between two thin copper alloy plates. The top plate is engraved with the design of a long-necked bird (probably a swan) with its neck curled over its body, facing left, with a leafy branch in its beak. An incomplete cast copper-alloy strap-mounted harness fitting (terret ring) dating to the early Roman period. Lewis' type 19 'dropped-bar' form. The terret ring is composed of a simple plain oval loop with a thicker sectioned top than base and which has obvious signs of wear to one side. The base of the ring is missing the rectangular attachment loop due to old breaks. An incomplete copper alloy decorative mount or fitting of early Medieval date, c. 12th century AD (AD 1100-1200). The object is formed from a sem-circular plate of copper alloy, gilded on the upper surface. The plate has alternating rounded panels of openwork and solid panels decorated with human face-masks. Between the panels are several smaller holes presumably for rivets, two of which survive.
