A fragment of a ? base silver pennanular bracelet dating to the second century AD. The fragment comprises a single terminal from the bracelet in the form of a snake's head, and a portion of the hoop. The terminal is lozengiform in plan and hemispherical in section with moulded decoration picking out the eyes and mouth. It extends to a small portion of the bracelet body which is rectangular in plan and hemispherical in section. An incomplete Early Medieval copper-alloy strap end dating to the mid eighth to mid tenth century AD. (AD 750 to 950). The strap end is tongue-shaped in plan with the remains of a bifurcated plate visible on the underside at the attachment end and a rounded terminal at the other. The upper surface of the strap end is decorated with an incised motif which is difficult to discern due to wear and corrosion. A copper-alloy hooked mount, possibly a baldrick fitting dating to the seventeenth century AD. The mount comprises a D-sectioned body which is cruciform in plan. The body possesses a central circular perforation filled with iron corrosion products. On the underside of the body, there is a small circular depression surrounding this perforation. At one end, there extends a bifurcated terminal, at the other, a D-section hook which is bent back on itself. The mount measures 32mm in length, 14mm in width and 2mm in thickness.

The bodkin possesses a rectangular-section head with a rounded terminal, pierced with a circular perforation and a further elongated rectangular eye. The body is rectangular-section but tapers and becomes circular in section, before terminating in a point. The bodkin is bent. It measures 76mm in length. The head has a maximum width of 4mm and a thickness of 2mm. It weighs 5.31g.
