Copper alloy seal matrix, circular with a six-sided shaft tapering to a tri-lobed suspension ring. The matrix shows the figure of a crouching hare or rabbit, facing left; its ears are clearly shown, as are two of its feet, one with three toes, the other with four toes. Above the rabbit are two oval shapes with stems, now worn, which may have represented teasels. The inscription is separated from the central motif by a dotted line. It appears to read * PR ALAS BOWLES. Malcolm Jones has kindly commented on this seal matrix, suggesting it is another example 'of the mysterious ALAS BOW…

Copper alloy tool for impressing decoration into leather, probably book covers. Consists of a an eight sided bar, 7.6 x 7.0mm x 37.4mm long. One end bears an incised stamp design showing two columns of short, curved line, suggesting a palm frond. At the other end of the bar is a square sectioned tang, its tip slightly expanded.

Fragment of a cast copper alloy saucer brooch. Central design consisted of six running spirals, the tendrils ending at the centre of each spiral in small rings with hollow centres. In the centre of the brooch is another similar ring, with a circular ridge around it. Around all of this is a plain raised ring. Only 2.5mm of the original edge survives but this is turned up, representing the angle of the brooch's angled rim. On the back of the brooch is a 7.0mm long x 2.0mm high rib which formed part of the catch plate.

Copper alloy tool made up of a 12.7mm diameter shaft one end of which expands to a 14.5mm diameter biconical head. On the outer face of this are eight deep cut, radial facets forming cutting edges. These are iregularly set with some facets deeper than others. They are covered with fine oblique file marks. Around the shaft is a single, narrow, circumfential rib. The end of the shaft is slightly recessed.

Cast copper alloy brooch, now bent, pin missing. Round sectioned bar, 3.0mm diameter. Abruptly expanding cylindrical terminals, 7.8mm diameter x 4.4mm wide, with deep circumferntial grooves. Lines of angled notches, set at 0.7mm pitch, surround the terminals.
