A worn, cast copper-alloy seal matrix of Medieval date. It is circular in form with a hexagonally faceted conical terminal that tapers towards a flaring collar at the integral suspension loop. The suspension loop lozenge shaped in form with a central circular aperture. The die has a central motif comprising a large fleur-de-lis within an inner circle. This is surrounded by the remains of a legend that is now illegible due to the preservation of the matrix. The entire object measures 17.28mm in diameter, 19.90mm in height, and 6.32g in weight.
