A late Roman copper alloy nummus of Crispus Caesar (AD 317-26), dating to c AD 320 (Reece Period 16), BEATA TRANQVILLITAS, Globe on altar, inscribed VOTIS XX, with three stars above. Mint of Ticinum. This issue is not recorded in the RIC catalogue, although it is included in the introduction (RIC VII, p. 380) and a coin of Crispus, with the same reverse, but obverse IVL CRIS-PVS NOB C, Laureate head right, is noted in the collection in Munich (RIC VII, p. 380 note). There is another piece of Crispus, with yet another obverse type, recorded on the PAS Database - NMS-1B37E8.
