The surface of the item comrpises one clear break, while the rest of the surface is irregular and pitted, thus rendering the identification of the original shape difficult. The glass is light blue in colour and contains small air bubbles. The dating of this item is problematic; glass beads were used especially in the Roman and Early Medieval periods.
