Treasure reference 2018 T257: a late medieval gold posy ring. The hoop is circular in plan and rectangular in section. The exterior is decorated with engraved springs of foliage; these are deeply cut into the hoop and in some areas traces of dark coloured enamel survive. The bezel is pyramidal with a recessed square in the centre that would have taken a setting. The interior of the ring bears the inscription: 'En vous ma fie' (my faith/fidelity is to you (alone)) (reading courtesy of Malcom Jones). A complete silver uninscribed North Eastern half unit attributed to the Corieltavi, dating to c. 50 BC - AD 10. The coin is slightly dished and the obverse is struck from an obliterated die. The reverse depicts a horse galloping right, above which is a large wreath of pellets (only six pellets are visible). Similar to ABC 1830/1833.

A medieval copper alloy seal matrix. The matrix has a circular face and a tapering, hexagonally faceted stem. The stem terminates with a collared lozenge shaped handle. Iron corrosion is located in the centre of the loop. The engraved image at the centre of the circular die is that of a ship with central mast, sails and possibly five oars at the base.
