An incomplete medieval lead pilgrim's ampulla of 13th-15th century date. The neck of the ampulla is missing, possibly having been cut or torn off to empty the contents in antiquity. The chamber is rounded and decorated on both sides. One side has a moulded capitalletter 'H' set on a circular hatched background. The other side is decorated with a moulded scallop shell signifying St James.

A complete and apparently unopened medieval lead pilgrim's ampulla of 13th-15th century date. The ampulla has a rectangular neck with a tall, complete opening. A small intergal handle sits to either side of the neck half way down the length of the object. The chamber is rounded and decorated on one side with a shell motif signifying St James. The other side is worn and no decoration is visible.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman Colchester Derivative Hinged brooch dating to c.AD 75-150. Mackreth 2011, CD  H 9.b, East Midlands Enamelled The wings are cylindrical with a rectangular slot to accommodate the pin, which is intact. At the head of the bow are three rectangular cells decreasing in size, which would have contained enamel. Medieval copper alloy 'King's head' clasp or buckle frame dating circa 1250-1400. The frame is sub-rectangular and has an ornate moulded lip in the form of a facing, crowned head. The face stands proud of the frame and has deep triangular eyes, and trapezoid mouth. Vertical lines to either side of the head depict straight hair. The crown has a large central fleur flanked on either side by a smaller fleur. A row of four circular holes run across the crown. The frame has a narrowed and offset bar.

An iron age copper alloy cosmetic pestle dating to the period c 100 BC- c AD 300. The pestle is complete. The pestle is a curved rod of plano-convex section and with a small integral loop on the back close to one of the terminals. The opposite end is distinctly curved and appears to have worn thin through usage. The patina of the pestle is dark brown and it is pitted and accreted with corrosion. An iron age copper alloy cosmetic pestle dating to the period c 100 BC- c AD 300. The pestle is incomplete as it is missing the end loop. The pestle is a curved, oval-sectioned rod with a rounded tip. The loop was mounted on the top of the mortar and all that remains is a short section curving up at the end of the pestle and the section where the loop attached to the main rod of the pestle. A late Roman gilded copper alloy disc brooch dating to the third or fourth century. The brooch is circular, flat, and is divided into three zones by bold concentric ribs. The inner collar would have secured a setting though this is now missing. This area now has extensive patches of blue-green concretion around a central circle of reserve metal. The remaining two zones are decorated with punched 'S' shaped motifs. Traces of gilding survive. The reverse has a lug and catchplate. The pin is missing.
