A complete copper-alloy early Anglo-Saxon small long brooch, missing fragments of the catchplate and the iron pin. The head is trefoil in shape and each wing rectangular in shape and decorated on the front face with tiny crescent-shaped stamps running along the edges.On the back of the head there is an intgeral single pin lug and a mass of corroded iron survives within and around this and is all that remains of the iron pin.
