A corroded but complete cast copper-alloy zoomorphic horse-harness pendant of medieval date. The form of the artefact is possibly that of a stag's head. The suspension loop has been slightly bent at an angle on one side and there is evidence of iron corrosion within the loop. Characteristically it is set at ninety degrees to the body of the pendant, and is set forwards of the body. The upper surface is decorated with a depiction of a facing animal's head.
