A slightly corroded cast copper-alloy post-medieval mount/strap-fitting (c. 17th century AD). The mount is sub-triangular in plan, terminating at the apex in a broadly acorn-shaped knop. The is a trefoilate protrusion at the other, flattened end. The upper surface is decorated with three pairs of diagonal lines running from the edges towards the centre. On the reverse there is a pair of lugs which emerge from low circular platforms; both are incomplete due to old breaks. A cast copper-alloy circular cup weight of medieval date for an ounce. The weight has a circular rim, c. 2.95mm thick, though variable, decorated with thirty two punched ring-and-dot motifs that fill its upper surface. The internal base is plain, but corroded. The sides are bevelled, with the rim wider than the base. The lower surface of the base is has the Roman numeral IV engraved towards the edge. A damaged and incomplete late medieval cast copper-alloy purse bar, of Ward Perkins Class A2. The surviving elements constitute the bars - one complete and bent, the other is incomplete; the break is located near the central block. The central block is shield shaped with a flattened top and base. It features a central longitudinal perforation for the shank (Dia.: 6.0mm), recessed at the base. The block measures 19.25 by 17.25 by 10.95mm. The boss is inscribed 'IhS' on one face, possibly 'RI' on the other face. The back is incomplete at the base on the face which is inscribed 'IhS'.…

An incomplete and corroded 1st century AD, cast copper-alloy Roman cruciform plate brooch. The brooch is broadly lozengeform in plan, with four opposing protrousions located at each tip. One of these protrousions conceals the double semicircular lug in which the pin would have sat; only the head of the pin survives now corroded in place. A corroded and damaged cast copper-alloy hooked mount of post-medieval date. The mount is sub-trapezoidal in plan with a cusped upper edge. It tapers towards the hook (now missing). The mount is broadly flat with slight bevelling on its upper surface. It features two iron rivets, one towards the upper edge, the other just below the centre of the plate.
