Post-medieval copper alloy pastry jigger. The item appears to be complete and consists of a one piece circular section stem which has a triple collared knop in the middle of the stem. At one end the stem flattens gradually to a curved T shaped cutting edge which is serrated. At the other end a serrated cutting wheel is fixed by an axle pin which passes through the bifurcated stem. This lower part of the stem is decorated with two sets of parallel lines. Length 101mm, width 31mm, diameter of cutting disc 25mm, weight 30.22g

Post medieval copper alloy miniature cannon, probably dating between 1700 to 1800 AD as it is similar to guns of the eighteenth century and later. The trunnions suggest the gun was intended to be mounted in a gun carriage, so possibly a copy of a naval gun or field piece. Many of these cannons were fired and are often found with exploded barrels from mis-fires. Forsyth and Egan (2005:79-84) discuss toy cannons and think the ones that actually fired were widespread by the end of the sixteenth century. An incomplete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy rowel spur (c. 1600-c. 1800). The fragment consists of the two arms (both broken) and the rowel box. The rowel is lost. Each side is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat on the inner face. It has a sub-rectangular neck which tapers to sub-triangular in section. It splits to form the rowel box. The two elements of the rowel box are 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat on their inner faces. The terminals of the rowel box are lobed. A complete Medieval cast copper-alloy zoomorphic terminal collar from a right-angled drop handle (1300-1500). This collar, one of a pair, would have fitted over the terminal end of a handle and would have been secured by the handle being burred over. The collar, hollow and oval in cross-section, is flat at both ends. It is in the form of a beast's head, probably that of a dog. A Post-medieval silver shilling of Elizabeth I dating from AD1560-61. Mintmark: martlet. North 1986. The obverse shows the queens bust and bears the legend: ELIZABETH D G ANG FRA AT HIB REGINA The reverse has the royal shield and the legend: POSVI DEV ADICTOREM MEV. The coin is is good condition, and shows no evidence of clipping however there are two scratches across the obverse. Diameter 31mm, Weight 6.20g.

A Medieval short cross penny of John (1199-1216) minted at London (class 6b2) by Abel , 1210-1216. The initial mark is a cross pattee on the reverse. The obverse shows the kings head and the legend HENRICUS REX while the reverse has the legend ABEL ON LVNDE. It is in generally good condition, though with some wear. It appeard to have been mis-struck and shows some evidence of clipping.

A copper alloy shield-shaped sword scabbard chape of early-medieval date. The chape appears to have been cast and has identical openwork on both sides which appear similar in style to the Scandinavian 'Birka Falcon', or Paulsen's 'Swedish-Varangian' style. Post Medieval copper alloy two piece buckle. Probably a shoe buckle as indicated by the size and curvature. It is rectangular in shape with stretched corners and is curved in profile. There is some moulded decoration in the form of a bordered raised panel along each long edge which is terminated before each corner by incised straight lines. Post Medieval copper alloy finger ring consisting of a flat shaped hoop, now very misshapen. It has a repeating moulded or inscribed design consisting of a flower or star. A shanked blade of copper alloy probably from a Roman copper alloy stylus or wax spatula. The fragment comprises a rectangular blade which tapers half way along its length to a shank. The blade is smooth and flat with a greenish brown patina although it has some corroded pitting. The shank is circular in cross-section and is the same thickness as the blade except at its end where it gradually tapers to a blunt point. Shares similarities with NMS-B92844 and WILT-06E251. A copper alloy casting sprue/jet of probable Roman date. A truncated cone shaped body with a single projection. It has a slightly concave base. The casting jet has a mid green. These sprues are commonly found in late Bronze Age hoards, but can be of other dates as well and it is possible that it is Roman used in the making of a small object like a brooch. Similar to LANCUM-E8F754, LEIC-370216, SF-7BABF5 and WILT-FA4F72 14mm in height, 18mm in diameter, and weighs 8.06 grams.
