An incomplete cast copper alloy crotal bell dating to the early post-medieval period (AD1500-1700). The crotal bell is made in one piece but has a filed girth seam intended to imitate the seam on earlier two-piece bells. The bell has an integrally cast square suspension loop and the lower sounding holes and split are filled with earth. Both the upper and lower hemispheres of the bell is decorated with the popular 'sunburst' design formed of nine double 'rays' decorated by a central longitudinal incised line. An incomplete copper alloy spear tip probably dating from the Bronze Age circa 1700-800BC. Only the tip of the spearhead remains, which is triangular in shape, and lozenge in cross section with a worn midrib. This is the tip of the spearhead only and has a pronounced spine running down its centre, this is flanked by thin blades that taper to a fine point. The rear of the spear is truncated resulting in the loss of the socket and rear section of the blades. The break is worn. An insufficient amount of the spear remains to prove diagnostic, therefore a specific type cannot be attributed.

A fragment of a cast copper-alloy object, quite possibly part of a Roman toilet article, probably an ear scoop dating from AD43-410. The object has a round-section shank with a flat curved oval scoop at one end, and a wide flat plate at the other. It is bent and curved in the centre of the shaft, although it is not clear whether this is a result of damage or design. It is undecorated. 31.1mm long, 6.4mm scoop diameter.

An incomplete copper-alloy finger ring of Roman date (AD 43-200). The object is composed of an oval hoop which is D-shaped in section and expands to wide shoulders and narrows towards the hoop. The ring hoop is broken with an old and abraded break where the band tapered to a narrow point. There is an ovate cell in the centre of the retained portion which would have formed the bezel and would have held an intaglio.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy Roman umbonate disc brooch (AD 100-250).
The central conical boss is intact as is the plate and lugs although the pin and pin lug are missing due to old breaks. The brooch is circular in plan with a circular recess/pit at the centre. A groove separates the central boss from what remains of the surrounding, flat plate. The boss itself has a concave back face and is separated into numerous recessed fields which contain flecks of decayed enamel. No other colours can be discerned.

A Roman copper-alloy cosmetic implement, spatula, probe, rod or styli dating to the period c. AD 43-410. 96.3mm in length and 2.8mm wide, with a weight of 5.6grams. The object consists of a circular cross sectioned shaft which tapers to a point at one end that flattens out to form a 'lozenge' shaped flat plate with a blunt end at the other that may have been bent back on itself to create a long hooked heel.

Two Post-Medieval iron 'key-hole' type horseshoes, probably dating to c. AD 1600-1900. The larger object is U-shaped in plan and is slighly bevelled in cross section, the brances curve inwards slightly and end in rectangular terminals at the heel, with no calkins, creating a key-hole shaped aperture. Two nail holes are filled in at the toe and one is clear. Width/length 91.2mm
The smaller version is a broken central fragment similar in style and plan to the larger object with the two nail holes clear in the toe and missing the rectangular terminals. Again no calkins. Width/length 59.2mm.
