Roman silver finger ring fragment of Guiraud type 2b. The ring retains only about 50% of the bezel and one shoulder. The bezel would have originally been oval with a recessed oval cell in the centre that would have mounted a glass or stone but which is now missing. Flanking the stone and running along the edge of both sides is a line of stamped annulars that are confined to the bezel. The shoulder is undecorated and narrows to the hoop which is now truncated. This is an addendum to 2012T279 GLO-E86407 and represents the missing second half of the ring.

A fragment of a Roman copper alloy Henig Type VIII finger ring. The ring has a deep oval bezel with straight sided walls that have rustications on either side, this which would have mounted an intaglio. The shoulders are made from a dished, transverse oval panel that has an expanded and upturned point on the bottom edge.  the hoop has a triangular cross-section and narrow to the bottom edge. Unfortunately, one of the shoulders and about 70% of the hoop are now missing.

This is a Brancaster Type silver finger ring with a square bezel. The face of the bezel in decorated with the recessed image of a four-legged animal, possibly a lion, facing right.  The body of the beast has a broad chest which narrows to the stomach and hindquarters. Silver gilt medieval finger ring with applied quatrefoil bezel.  The hoop is undecorated and D-shaped in cross-section with the bezel soldered onto the butted join.  The bezel is formed from a silver square plate that has been soldered onto the top of the hoop.  The plate has been shaped into a four petalled quatrefoil flower and decorated so each lobe looks like a leaf with a central rib and oblique incised lines for the veins. Coper alloy roman finger ring fragment with a circular bezel. The face of the bezel is decorated with a large circular cell that is divided by four evenly spaced ridges that project inwards from the rim. Each ridge terminates in a point that is positioned near the centre of the bezel to form a cross shaped cell. The cell look to have been filled with a whit enamel. The shoulders have a recessed collar separating them from the bezel, then narrow to the rectangular cross section hoop, which is now truncated together with one of the shoulders.

A complete but distorted wound wire or 'plaited' gold finger ring of Late Saxon date c. AD 900-1100. The ring is formed of three thick lengths of circular-sectioned gold wire, which have been plaited to form the bezel and shoulders. A fragment of a roman copper alloy finger ring possibly of a Henig Type VIII. The ring has a deep flanged oval bezel with straight sided walls which would have mounted an intaglio. The shoulders are triangular and bordered by a deep groove on both sides, unfortunately only one shoulder remains. This shoulder gently narrow to the rectangular cross-section hoop which is truncated just below the remaining shoulder.
