Copper alloy figurine that depicts an upright seated bird with furled wings. The figurine has a sub- ovoidal shaped body which tapers towards the rear forming a flat upwardly pointing tail, the tip of which terminates in a rectangular cross-section. Running down the top of the body is an off centre ridge flanked by flattened chamfered sides that depict furled wings, the edges of each wing sits slightly proud of the side of the body, the top of the wings are decorated with a series of hatched lines to convey feathers. A large copper alloy medieval rotary key. The shank of the key is oval in cross-section with a hollow core. The rectangular bit has a complex arrangement of notches consisting of a long notch on the top of the forward edge and a small notch below; a short notch on the forward edge of the base and a long notch behind, a recess runs down the top left side parallel to the shank. The opposite end of the shank has the collared loop that has expanded sides with notched outer edges.

Copper alloy disc brooch which is made from a circular plate decorated with a raised central dot surrounded by curvilinear border forming a six pointed star motif that has roundels at each point, enclosing the whole plate is a raised linear border. The recessed exterior cell of the star would have been filled with light blue enamel, with small traces remaining. The recessed interior cell would have been filled with enamel, but no traces remain. On the reverse is the mount for the spring and the catch plate, both are truncated. This artefact dates to 80-250 AD.

~~A copper alloy post-medieval knife handle end cap dating from c.16th century. Rectangular block that is oval in cross-section, both faces are separated in to two longitudinal concave panels that are demarcated by recessed borders. On the top the pommel is decorated by recessed crosshatched lines. At the base is a slot where the iron tang is inserted, the tang is still retained in the slot with a small portion protruding from the base.

~~Copper alloy belt hook probably from a sword belt. This is a U-shaped bar with a rectangular loop on one arm, the top of which is now truncated. The other arm extends to form a hook, again the top of which is truncated. This artefact dates to the 15th-16th century, M J Cuddeford in Identifying Metallic Small Finds (p. 38, No. 55).

The main plate has a central openwork roundel that is flanked by three projecting spikes, to either side are narrow wasted arms that expand into a transverse bar with bifurcated ends, this is where two rivet holes are situated for attachment. At the terminal of one arm is a large rectangular loop with a second circular loop projecting to the side.
