A cast copper alloy, pouring spout from a 15th – 16th century vessel. The spout depicts a dogs head with a pipe in his mouth, acting as the spout (the pipe is slightly damaged around the edges). The dog has raised eyebrows and long, floppy ears. The spout is otherwise undecorated. The spout is dark greenish grey in colour. Similar spout can be seen in Bailey, G. Detector Finds 3. pg 57-8.

The bowl of a post-medieval copper alloy spoon. The spoon was probably cast. The bowl is shaped like an elongated shallow oval. The bowl measures 64.12mm x 45.48mm. The bowl is complete but the stem is missing. The metal is a dark brownish-green colour. Much of the original surface of the metal has been lost. There is no makers mark. This spoon bowl is likely to be post-medieval or possibly modern.

A cast copper alloy circular mount 45.06mm in diameter. About 25% of the mount is missing. The mount is decorated with 4 concentric rings with a centre boss. There is a beaded decoration around the outer edge, made up of pellets. There is no indication of any method of attachment ie: rivets, on the surviving piece of the mount. The mount is dark browish-green in colour. Possibly medieval or post-medieval in date.

Cast copper alloy double looped buckle. Loops are D shaped with trilobed, trefoil moulding with two closed circular perforations on the outer edge of each loop. There is a lobed knop either end of the strap bar. The pin is missing. The buckle is brownish grey in colour. and dates to the post medieval period.

A rectangular, cast copper alloy shoe buckle with a copper alloy loop chape and single internal spike. The corners of the fram are rounded. The frame is plated with a grey toned metal, possibly tin or silver. The buckle has two pin notches positioned centrally on the outer edges. These are moulded and incised with a leaf design. The frame is drilled with a separate iron spindle, now corroded heavily. The buckle is late post medieval in date.

A cast copper alloy double looped buckle frame. The buckle is trapezoidal in shape with moulded decoration of the frame. The moulding is triangular in shape. The edges are chamfered. The strap bar is complete and terminates in a small knop at each end. The pin is complete. The surface is tinned, and has a mid grey patina. Patches of the original surface have worn away exposing the metal beneath. This item probably dates to the later medieval or post-medieval periods, circa 1620-1680.

A cast copper alloy single looped sub-rectangular buckle. The sides, which extend beyond the strap bar, terminate in a small knop. Each side has two pairs of two incised tranverse lines on the outer edge at the corners of the buckle. The strap bar is narrowed and recessed. The buckle has a notched inner edge, the outer edge is moulded with a large collared oval and ovoid knop. The knop shows signs of gilding. The iron pin is present but highly corroded. The metal surface of the buckle is light green in colour. It is post medieval in date.

A cast copper alloy rectangular shoe buckle with a drilled frame for a separate strap bar. The frame has been decorativly moulded with pointed outer edges and two engraved transverse lines either side of the drilled hole. The surface of the metal has a yellowish green patina, with areas of iron staining. The buckle is post medieval in date.

A cast copper alloy buckle plate, formed from a single plate of copper alloy folded widthways. The plate has a rounded terminal with a single central iron rivet. There are the remains of the iron strap bar and pin in situ at the opposite terminal; both are now heavily corroded. The original surface has completely worn away, exposing the metal beneath. It is reddish brown in colour. This buckle plate dates to the medieval to post medieval period.

A cast copper alloy rectangular double looped buckle frame. The frame has been heavily cast with five deep rabbets down each side. The frame is slightly curved. The iron pin is heavily corroded. Two transverse grooves run along the reverse of the sides, which appear to have been filled with some kind of copper alloy wire, fragments of which still remain. The buckle is worn and greyish green in colour. The object is late medieval in date.
