An incomplete copper alloy strap end of late Medieval date (AD 1066-1500). The strap end is possible a two piece type, with a linear body which terminates in a large knop, the other end terminated in an old break. It is decorated with a repeating integrally cast circular concave pattern, the centre of the knop contains the remains of a single iron rivet have corroded over the surface of both the front and back of the strap end. The metal is a mid green with brown iron corrosion over a portion.

The fragment is from a strip bracelet and is a parallel-sided strip of copper-alloy rectangular in both plan and section and has been bent double. One face is decorated with a central recessed lines and flanked by twisted rope decoration. The reverse is flat and undecorated. It is possible that this object was reused as a finger or earring due to a distinct purposefully cut termination at one end. The finger ring consists only of the collared circular bezel and short lengths of the shoulders and D-shape sectioned hoop, terminating at both ends by curving inward. The finger ring is undecorated and the stone, enamel or paste insert for the bezel is now missing with only minor cream coloured traces remaining. This ring is of Henig's type II and dates to the1st to 3rd century's AD. The metal is a mid green in colour.
