Copper-alloy buckle plate. Rectangular, with two off-centre rivet holes, one of which is close to one edge and is broken. Incised linear decoration consists of one vertical line down each short side and two parallel horizontal lines along each of the longer sides which do not extend to the edge on one side to accommodate a V-shaped motif. Both sets of parallel lines enclose poorly-defined rocker-arm decoration. Dark green patina.

Cast copper-alloy hat buckle. Square with rounded corners. Frame pierced for missing spindle which would run lengthways. Two sides of the frame have moulded cherubs depicting a head and pair of wings. The lower edge of the wings is beaded and extends to the corner of the frame. The other two sides have two moulded ridges. Possible traces of white metal coating. L: 30.5 W: 30 T: 1-3.5

Cast copper-alloy single loop trapezoidal buckle with integral plate. The outer edge of the frame has a rectangular knop to serve as a pin rest. The rectangular plate has a tri-lobed terminal and rectangular open-work slot in the centre. There are two copper-alloy rivets close to the junction of the buckle and plate and a further rivet through the tri-lobed terminal. Incised rocker-arm decoration on the buckle and plate. Traces of black lacquer on the upper surface. Cast copper-alloy pin. L: 44 W: 16 T: 1

Folded sheet copper-alloy plate is rounded at front, with slot for missing pin and holes for three rivets; one large dome-headed rivet survives. The plate has a decorated border consisting of two parallel lines with evenly-spaced lines between. Trace of iron corrosion on frame from pin.

Cast copper-alloy buckle and plate; pin missing. Single-loop, D-shaped buckle with narrowed and off-set strap bar. Folded, rectangular plate with two rivets. Iron corrosion around rivets. Upper surface of plate has a border of punched opposing triangles enclosing five curving motifs of punched opposing triangles. Even, mid-green patina.
Identical decorative treatment can be found on a strap-fitting illustrated in Williams (1979, 251; fig. 108, no. 35).
