A complete copper alloy Post Medieval circular trade weight. The weight is circular in plan, has a recessed central area surrounded by a raised rim. There are three stamped marks on the face; a ewer (mark of the Founders Company of London), a crowned EL and a sword. The sword of St Paul and the ewer denoting that the weight was made by the Founders Company in London. The crowned EL denotes the weight was approved during the reign of Elizabeth Ist. The back is flat and has file adjustment marks. Diameter 27mm, thickness 4mm, Weight 13.8g (0.48 ounces). Circa AD 1590-1603.

A complete cast copper alloy Post Medieval one piece hooked clasp Read Class E Type 3, dating to AD 1500-1650 The central feature of the one-piece body is shallow convex, with moulded relief in the form of a bearded man, theories suggest this could be either Jesus or St John the Baptist. The attachment loop is a trapezoidal aperture max 14mm x 5mm. The hook is 18mm in length and sharp. The clasp measures 36mm in length, 14mm in width, and 2mm in thickness. A complete post-medieval copper-alloy openwork dress fastener of Read class E, type 5 (2001 110, ref. 436). The tag is a Hungerford knot with pellets on each cord terminal, which are joined by a bar to form a trapezoidal attachment loop, max width 15mm, height 6mm. Projecting from the largest loop of the knot is a long narrow hook arched at its end to the rear of the object. Read dates this form of hooked tag to 1500-1700 AD. Even dark green patina. Complete copper alloy dress-hook of sixteenth century date (AD 1500-AD 1600). Length 31mm including pin, main body 24mm, maximum width 14mm and maximum thickness 9mm not including pin. Weight 9.55g. The piece is hollow and has a convex front and a flat rear plate. At the top is an integral hook for attachment. In plan, it is of trapezoidal shape. The width at the top is 13mm and the sides flare gently and evenly outwards towards the bottom where the width is 14mm. At each long side is a rebate, a form of groove. Cast copper alloy Post Medieval sword hanger, circa AD 1500 - 1700. The fitting is a sub rectangular plate which has a broken trilobed terminal at each end and bi-concave long sides. Three loops descend from one long edge of the plate, one still has part of the associated hanger looped through it. The plate contains a rivet hole in the centre and one in the middle of each terminal (one broken). Moulded floral and foliage decoration covers the face of the object.
