A cast copper-alloy strap-slide dating to the medieval period (AD 1200 to 1350). The object consists of a frame that is D-shaped in plan and sub-rectangular in section. One end of the frame is moulded into a flat sub-trapezoidal shape that is pointed at one end and has linear decoration on either side. Projecting from the base of the frame is a small rivet that is sub-circular in plan. The strap-slide measures 14mm in length, 11mm in width and 5mm in thickness. A complete copper-alloy strap end dating to the Medieval period. The strap end consists of two thin elongated sub-rectangular plates joined at one end by a small rivet that is circular in plan. Between the two plates are two elongated spacers of sheeting that are triangular in plan which extend down the two longer sides of the object. The strap end measures 22mm in length, 11mm in width and has a thickness of 4mm. The strap end weighs 3.07 grams.

An incomplete copper-alloy buckle dating to the twelfth to fourteenth century AD. The frame consists of a single D-shaped loop with a straight bar. The pin-rest on the outside edge is flat and semi-circular in plan with multiple shallow grooves on the upper surface. On the top and bottom edge where the bar meets the frame is a short pointed protrusion. The underside of the buckle is flat and plain. The pin is missing. The buckle measures 24mm in length, has a maximum width of 20mm and a thickness of 3mm. The interior diameter of the loop measures 15mm. The buckle weighs 3.02 grams.
