A complete silver farthing of Edward I (1272-1307) minted at London. Class 3de, 1280-1282, North no. 1053/2 (1991: 33). The obverse has a facing bust with a trifoliate crown and bushy hair. There is no inner circle. The legend reads: E [R] A[N]GLIE. The reverse has a long cross with three pelletts in each angle. Part of the reverse inscription is visible: LON, therefore, it was minted at London. The surface condition on the obverse and reverse is good, with mainly the inscriptions around the outside being worn. There is a section of the edge missing at the bottom of the obverse.

A silver groat, probably of Mary I (1553-1554). Both the obverse and reverse of the coin are heavily worn with only some details visible. Around the edge of the coin there has been loss of material. The obverse is very smooth with no detail of the bust visible. Only one letter of the legend is visible which appears to be an 'R'. On the reverse the top right corner of the royal shield is visible. Part of the reverse inscription is legible: 'ERITA' and 'EM'. This fits with the inscription on a Mary I silver groat as stated in North no. 1960 (1991: 126).

A silver half-groat, from Edward III to Richard III (1327- 1485). Only a third of the coin is present, but it is in fairly good condition. The obverse has a facing bust, with the bottom half visible including the breast, neck, part of the chin and bottom of the hair. There is a trefoil to the right of the bust and another one in the center of the breast. The obverse incription reads: [unknown ruler] [GRA] REX ANGL [Z FRANC DNS HIB]. There is a pellett in between 'REX' and 'ANGL'. The reverse has a long cross and two lines of incriptions. The outer inscription reads: PO[SVI DEVM…
