A broken Post Medieval silver sixpence of Elizabeth I (AD 1558-1603), dating AD1587. The obverse is very worn. Faint outline of the Queen in profile facing left with a rose behind. The inscription reads [ELIZ]AB D G ANG [F]R [ET HIB REGI]. The reverse depicts a cross fourchee over a shield with the date 1587 above. The inscription reads POSV[I / DEVM] AD / [IVTORE] / M MEV. The mintmark is only visible on the reverse and is a crescent. Minted in London.

An incomplete copper alloy stirrup dating from 14th or 15th century. Only the top and part of one side survives. It has a trapezoid cover plate at the top which has two parallel lines at the base and one at the top which is crenelated. Behind the cover plate is the suspension bar which is bevelled at the base. The rectangular slot which the cover plate and suspension bar surround measures 30.22mm long at the base and 26.75mm at the top. the width of the slot is 7.79mm. The depth of the suspension bar is 9.71mm. The base of the cover plate measures 42.85mm and the top measures 32.18mm.…
