An incomplete brass badge dated to circa 1916. The Life Saving Girl Guards were established by the Salvation Army in 1916. This "brass star" is a Beginner's Badge (membership pin), and shows the four points of the Life Saving Guards: Guarding the Soul (the lamp), Guarding the Mind (the eye), Guarding the Body (the clubs - representing physical exercise), Guarding of Others (the center - a patrol of Life-Saving Guards). An incomplete, silver gilt copper alloy button, probably 18th or 19th century. This slightly domed, cast copper alloy discoid button is decorated at the front with three crossed arrows, pointed downwards; a scar on the back shows where a separate loop has been lost. It retains traces of white metal or silver gilding on the front and green patina with slight encrustation on the rear. A heavily corroded coin of uncertain alloy. Obverse: a left facing male bust with diadem. Reverse: a right facing female figure within a temple. No discernible legend. The heavy corrosion prevents reliable identification. This coin is delaminating suggesting some iron content in the alloy. The poor quality alloy suggests this may be a contemporary forgery.

Two complete double sided lead bag seals of post-Medieval date. Both sides have a circular border of pellets. Curved around the inside of this, on one side, is BALTIC FLOUR with WHITES across the middle. A worn and incomplete lead alloy brooch shaped like a lizard, salamander or otter of uncertain date. It is possibly a version of the salamander brooches popular during the 19th century. The lizard has a sinous body and tail; the full length of the tail is uncertain due to damage. All the legs are missing except the rear left which is damaged. Complete post-Medieval, sub-circular, uniface, lead alloy token, dating from AD 1600-1800. This is a Powell type 1 token. The obverse face has a six-petalled symbolic flower with a central nipple. A copper alloy post-Medieval fob seal matrix with an oval inset intaglio of red glass, AD 1600-1800. There is an oblique crack across the centre of the seal. A complete, cast copper alloy finger ring of unknown date The ring bezel is particulalry distinctive: the flat oval face which has slight indentation to one edge giving it a heart shaped appearance; it measures 8mm X 7mm. Behind the face, on the flank, there is a hole which appears to have been cast or drilled for an unknown purpose. An irregular lead or lead alloy cuboid object of uncertain, but probably post medieval date. The edges of the object are sharply defined and surfaces are smooth with no indentations. None of the faces are inscribed. The form of the object is slightly irregular, but clearly deliberately cuboid. The object has a with white or beige patina, and one edge shows slight damage.
