Lead-alloy Post Medieval powder cap, which contained a measure of gunpowder. Dating to the period c. 1600-1700. The cup is deformed but its original shape is evident based on better surviving examples. The base of the cup is circular with a diameter of 34mm. There appers to be no remains of the attachment loops. The rim is well defined and has a rolled over lip, making a circular sectioned rim. Cast lead-alloy trade weight. Circular in shape with a slightly domed reverse and a square shaped perforation (7.9mm x 6.3mm) near to the centre. The upper stamped surface is flat. It is stamped with a number of symbols, including a quartered shield, a torch or triangular item, and a large 2. The issue is unknown but it may date to the period of the commonwealth (1649-60), the quartered shield being used to denote this.

The item is cylindrical in the centre and rectangular in section at either end. One end tapers to a square-headed point. The metal here has been deformed, suggesting the tool was used to push firmly against something. The opposite end is flattened and flares in width slightly, having a curved edge. Fragmentary lead-alloy pilgrim badge, probably depicting St George slaying the dragon, dating to c. 14th century. Lead handle from a toy petronel of post-medieval date (c. AD 1600 - 1700). The object has a hollow cylinder which would have attached to the barrel of the toy gun; this flattens and widens as it curves down to form a handle. Deep grooves curve in line with overall shape on either side of the handle. Where there are raised ridges adjacent to the grooves, they are decorated with lines of elongated pellets.
