A copper alloy French jetton dating to the Medieval period (c. AD 1385-1422). Obverse description: Shield of France Modern - with three lis. Obverse inscription: AVE MARIA GRACIA [...] D. Reverse description: A single-stranded cross with lis terminals in a quatrefoil frame, star in angles. The jetton has been broken and bent at 11 o'clock on the obverse. Overall dimensions: 27.75mm in diameter and 3.92g in weight.

A fragment of a copper alloy terminal from an unknown object, dated to the Iron Age to Medieval period (c. 50 BC - AD 1500). The object is sqaure in profile and rectangular in shape. At the terminal is a short cyclindrical projection. There are no decorative features apparent on the fragment. There is a very slight curve in the object indicating it may have come from a bracelet, torc or another rounded object. See record no. An incomplete cast copper alloy Colchester derivative, hinged (dolphin) type brooch dating to the Roman period (c. AD 55 - 100). The surviving parts of the brooch include the wings, head and part of the bow. The foot, catchplate and pin are all missing. The tips of the wings have a slight collar around each terminal. The bow also has a raised central ridge extending from the top, just below the head, down towards where the foot would have been. An incomplete copper alloy probable strap fitting or strap end dating to the Medieval to Post Medieval period (c. AD 1300-1700). The object is formed from a sheet of copper alloy bent round upon itself and secured with four rivets: two at the joining ends and two at the folded end. An incomplete copper alloy strap end or strap fitting dating to the Medieval period (c. AD 1250-1450). The object is roughly rectangular in shape with a squared off end at one end and a worn break at the opposite end. The squared off end has a rivet hole though no rivet survives. The object tapers slightly along its length towards the broken end suggesting its original form was a strap end. It has a dark greenish brown patina and no signs of decoration. The overall dimensions are as follows: 21.09mm in length, 14.92mm in width, 1.72mm in thickness and 2g in weight.
